References for mixing

i don't do this. i can normally tell if my tune sounds good or not.

Although now that I have my new monitors my stuff sounds so much better. I had to go back and mix everything again for releases. Event monitors really are a piece of sh!t!

I went with the Dynaudio BM6a originals. Really nice monitors, I am very happy with them. I still have a little bit of cash put aside, so now thinking about getting either a mono lancet or some acoustic treatment.

Has anyone got the mono lancet yet?

How's the low end on those BM6a's ?? I've heard mixed reviews .

It's fine. Granted it's not like my Events which were really bass heavy, but I find having accuracy over power is better.
