What's so hard to understand?
for me its hard to understand, if u really know, thats stolen.

tons of tracks (or some elements) are sounds similar to original tacks.

and nobody knows, if he only creates the same/similar bassline.

did you inform the original label and artist?
what did they say to you?

i only believe it, if you give me the quotes from the original label or artist, they confirm your accusation

what if both of them used the same sample loop? this kind of smells like that.
Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.

put your hands up for detroit? seth was hangin out with matt in miami when that fedi lagrande or whatever guy went walking by with his award that he won from the track that he stole from matt and he didn't even know or aknowledge matt when he passed by. i think it's cute.

sample my music if you want to, it's all just microtonic presets and reason factory sound bank.

if leroy's girl is at all good looking, i have a present for her. girls always preffer the real thing.

Well did anyone care that the whole basic loop (icluding the drum loop and the bassline) of Carl Craig's "Throw" was sampled from Loleatta Holloway's "Hit and Run"?

It might be only half a bar, but it's also the complete essence of that track. Still, i guess, anyone would agree that "Throw" is an absolut masterpiece. Carl Craig used samples from various important music releases on a lot of other tracks and I don't see any credits for that on his records. So does that make him a robber as well?

I think sampling an lead to great masterpieces as well as cheap rip-offs. In any case, it's not the fault of the sampling pocess but of the producer who takes the samples and what he does with it. It's always a matter of perspective.
