Kreate by Jochem Paap even got a Youtube drums library. All lo-fi sound samples from youtube. Most of the samples sound like they are a lot less than 320Kbps. As said by widdly it depends on the context...
As long as it sounds good in the mix there's no problem in using 320 samples.
