Born in the industrial suburbs of Ploiesti, Romania, the Lisière Collectif project is the electronic vision of its 3 members: Andu, Dan and Bogdan, a vision heavily influenced by Berlin or Detroit.

And their contribution to Vibecast Sessions is staying true to this vision: field recordings hidden inside the purest Detroit techno sound, morphing into dub techno scapes, subtle voices trying to follow the deep chords stretched out on the basslines and effects filtered out to a Detroit techno minimal version.

These 90 minutes of live improvization, built entirely on Lisière Collectif tracks and pieces, define their own signature sound and add a colorful chapter to the romanian underground origins that got stronger and stronger over time.
