I've used FLStudio since version 3, and I just simply love it. It's so fast to do drumpatterns with and the other features just make it a complete workstation to do everything with. I dont need any other software besides this.

Have to say though that I am currently learning how to play with Ableton, since it's much more suitable for livesets. I've done in the past over 40 live pa's using FLStudio.

Lets not make this into a FLStudio 6 vs. Ableton live thread though please :(

i do not use flstudio but it is a great tool. especially for the price. but wether it is good or not should more be asked in the manner of "is it good for you?"

flstudio sucks or does not suck? what a tired discussion. i feel like i am at work listening to people argue over whether C# is better or Java is better. the best tool depends on the tool that best solves the problem at hand am i correct? so if your situation is "i want to produce music but i only have $200 to spend on software" ableton certainly is going to be a very good choice.

i use ableton and i recognize that there are loads of things that can be done in ableton that cannot be done in fl, that does not mean fl sucks.
