I am not thereby to try this sound to generate however it succeed. can her help?

you might be able to get sounds like that using orange vocoder or other vocoders

That's pretty simple:

Just search for a decent stabby sound in your favo vst instrument (Pro53 would do fine for example), and play a decent chord, like a C Major or something like that and play with the filters while playing your sequence. Then add a tapedelay and lots of reverb and there you have it
