you mean the sound of walking on snow?
i think the best option is to grab a mic + recorder, go outside (if you there's snow outside of course) and record it.

hehe...unfortunatelly i don't know how snow "sounds" since i have never seen snow
i didn't know it could talk!

but....i assume it should be something quite irregular, and "phat" you say?? hmm try grain delay with a low pitch and a lot of random on some kind of "crunchy" sounds you've got

i found that vinyl noise or static, with some fx, can sound remarkably like walking in snow.
