new macbook air - for djs ?

hi guys, what do you think aout the new macbook air?

i would prefer the 13'' with 2 usb slots and 256 gb.
backlight keyboard is not available.

or is the macBook pro the better decision ?

I think you answered your own question. The air is the Mac version of the Netbook. Why not just get a macbook or a pro. The harddrive is the only attractive component imo. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solid-state_drive If you are going for good looks and you sell a lot of grugs than why not? :P

I don't understand why they have put in an old architecture processor? That's weak in my opinion.

i would say macbook if it was just for DJ set. macbook pro if your using it for production too.

macbook air = waste of money

do you mean
also djing with ableton ( live set) a macbook would be okay
