It´s lost most of it´s meaning nowadays. Just about buying presents, buying cards, buying food etc. It used to be religious, but now it is xmas i.e. remove "Christ" and put "x". What X? Malcolm X?! Just a retail orgy.
I used to love it as a kid, just for presents, but now I don´t really care.

I like Christmas....

Ok its lost its 'meaning' but hey, if you go back a few hundred years efore the Romans invaded the UK we'd be here having a Yule festival on 21st December to make the winter solstice... and new Year wouldn't be until the spring equinox..

One way or another theres always been a midwinter festival and whatever form its currently taking is fine by me, so maybe fck Christmas, but don't do yourself out of an excuse for a party and a little excess ;)

Like people said its not the same now as it was when i was a kid, but theres a lot more festive drinking to do now instead :D

i think this kind of sums up my feelings about Chriistmas now... kind of...

One thing I hate about Christmas is people decorating their houses with an overabundance of lights.

I don't really celebrate Christmas that much. We have Christmas dinner but I feel indifferent about it.

I LOVE new years eve though :D

i enjoy christmas, for family & friends to get together and enjoy dinner, laughs, drinks. i also like it because there is always a vacation and some time off in the cold of winter.

however i dont like how its starting to become more about ME ME ME ME ME and not about the love and sharing..

it is a happy time of year, and sometimes there is alot of grumpy people who are in too much of a rush to not stop and think for a minute maybe someone else is worse off then you, so stop honking your fuking horn while your wearing your posh fur coat in your big ass SUV and be thankful for the giving of life. and the birth of christ.
