Recording midi track in logic.
I am new to Logic, And i cant figure out how to record a midi track (with soft synth) into an audio track. I hope someone can help me out.
hi jascha!
easy answer and easy question:
record your midi track, select the region with left and right locators and Bounce it (Archive/Bounce):
a dialog box will appear asking you name for the region to bounce, where to save it and format (Stereo linked, Stereo interleaved, Sample rate, Bit depth, file format....)
don't forget to mark save it to Audio Pool, then you'll be able to drag your Audio File into an Audio track in Logic to apply EQ, FX, compression, etc...
hope it helps!
