is there an application which can render rex files from refills into audio files like aiff or wav?

i would just play it in reason, and record it with soundforge, then go back and tweak whatcha need. provided you have a decent soundcard, you should be able to get it sounding pretty good with soundforge, wavelab, etc.

yes u can. the only reason i don't normally just export is that sometimes reason has a tendency of slightly cutting off the first note/sample etc. it's by milliseconds, but i found it did that to me more often than not.
