For its second release, Greener introduces Lucas Mari, one of the most stylish argentinian artists around. Before presenting this debut ep, Lucas has already remixed artists like Kit Clayton and Franco Cinelli among others. Nowadays he's based in Rosario, Argentina and after several months of intense work, it's a delight for us that he picked Greener to release his first solo work called 'Paisaje Urbano'. This records consists in 4 tracks plus a remix made by label boss Andres Zacco showing us his strong influences of techno, dub and house.
Verde Inconsciente is the track which shows us the way with an hypnotic and deep path, developing on the road an amazing mixture of soundscapes that create a solid but still subtle piece. Naturistic is undoubtfully a track with an amazing character on its own with a careful drum programming and unexpected funk touches that come out of the blue. Interludio is based in a sample clip that was on the first demo in which Lucas shows us his very good management of techno and dub textures that lead us to Calle Santiago. In its original version this song close a dark long path with broken beats and soft old school electro influences. To close this record, we have Andres Zacco's remix that shows us a defined and classic vision of dub techno respecting the essence of the original track creating and ambivalence between the sensibility of the artists involved here, achieving Greener's main target of combining different colours with a precise level of coherence.
