All I can remember from this party was the extremely bad sucking of Spacid and JPLS. From Spacid I wasn't really suprised he stinks, he couldn't create good mix. NOT EVEN ONE!!! I'm not kidding. Then he was trying to make some effects in his set but he was actually changing the party from minimal to noise. At some moment I thought it was Merzbow on stage.
Because it sucked so badly we've placed ourselves into a sofa right at the entrance, waiting for JPLS assuming that he would be great...

Guess what, he sucked also :S

He was only playing for one hour and after 30 minutes he played a real banger track and that was it.

We were so sick of the whole amateuristic party that we left for a burger and went home. And actually, the burger was the best part of the evening.

Now, that is my opinion and I'm sure that there are people who liked it anyway but I just wanted to share my story about this event of Ultra.

Greets ;)

No need to exagerate like that, JPLS probably just isn't your cup of tea..
Too bad you left and missed Tom Dazing's live though, you should've just have a drink at the bar during JPLS' set and wait a bit, would've been worth it :P

I've heard livesets of JPLS and I thought it was good minimal but really, I was not exagerating :P. He was really slow and he played actually one bomb-record and that was after approx. 35 minutes and then he was finishing his set.

But every dog has his day ...

Maybe it was because it was in Belgium or something like that :P
