Genoqs Octopus sequencer

Post by dubgil »

anyone using this analogue mega-pricey machine?

I know I can google all about it, and I have. I'm curious if there are users on mnml.nl using it and how their experience is with it.

thx

sick, sick, sick.
i don't understand yet how to use all the functions, but my girlfriend does (it's hers). i have used it to record/sequence some tracks though, and it's really fun to interface with.
and of course i don't have to tell you it's gorgeous... ;)

have you seen the Nemo?

A member on another list is a user and part of the user community. He said it plays very intuitive and stimulates some new ideas. I still really want to see a video of one in action.

correct, the Nemo is the "little brother" to the Octopus, if you will. a little (but not much) more affordable....
and yes i've seen the BlackSea edition (not in person though); it looks sweet!

btw, how much is your friend looking to get for it?
