TOPPER:
growing up in a hippie-kind of environment, joints passing around, and always listening to the music of the likes of jefferson airplane, grateful dead, pink floyd,etc is probably the reason why i'm making music these days... my dad (the"hippie") has had a huge influence on me, transmitting me the same passion for the music that he has. but then in my teen years i felt the need for a new sound...and there i found electronic music; @ first it was some cheesy trance and house (AAARGH!), then in 2001 i started to listening to electro-techno and going to afterhours, where i got in touch with more minimal sounds. i also started to dj @ that time. the big shift was then in the summer of 2005: right after taking my high-school diploma i moved to berlin . it took some months to get into the scene, but by the end of the year i joined the KLANGSUCHT crew, which gave me the chance to play @ numerous underground parties-openair-demonstrations. these days it's all about making tracks...
