Is my peavey screwed or is it something else?

I'll be making loops with my peavey looper and sometimes it'll work fine. But like every 4 or 5 times I use it it'll end up only coming out of either the left speaker or the right speaker. And I checked all the connections and what not everything always seems fine. Did I just get a bad one or something?

had this only one time and only after the device was on about 2 weeks..

Musta got a bad one then, cuz this happens alot and i only have it on when im spinning.
