This month we are pleased to present you a EP from Lowtec. He is mostly konown from his publications on Playhouse and SOURCE record. Nevertheless, his own label Out to Lunch brings again and again new "pearls" to daylight. Lowtec is part of R.A.N.D.Muzik and lives in an age-old monastery in Schmalkalden/Thuringia. His music sounds originally minimum, extremely similar and moves between melodic Downtempo and preceding Housemusik.

Nice coverart.

I like the track Waste of time, the vocals really brings the track to another level. The dirty beat in Formice is groovy, almost grimey, would like to hear a stripped down version/remix of it, without some of the melodic sounds.

I've actually been listening quite alot to this release. Funily enough, it's been Flat Dog I've been playing the most, not Waste.. or Formice, which initially struck me as the best tracks. Excellent EP, with really strong tracks.

Just had to bump it, since it's been giving me alot of joy.
