Beans with Bacon are my favourite menu for breakfast. Last time I enjoyed it at a Winterberg-Hotel in Sauerland. Fredy Alvarez aka Keyboard is a Colombian musician and producer who started composing 4 years ago. "Beans with Bacon" brings us his minimalistic house music, whilst other projects including "Fungitonic Vol. 1, 2 and 3" and "smetenan + nobara", are more IDM oriented and have a contemplative language filled with avant-garde sounds andmelancholic melodies.
