recording public sounds

Post by vviizzoonn »

Can anyone recommend a a suitable microphone to use for recording sounds in nature (street noise, airplanes, etc)? I want to start recording all sorts of sounds, I just don't really know which way to go for choosing equipment as I've never done this before...

Any ideas would be really helpful here.

Thanks in advance ...

Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.
