I don't really know much about Queensland University... I just don't like Queensland

But that's because I'm not a surfer and I love my minimal (which afaik they don't get much of up there)

The reality is that Brisabne isn't that bad. It's just that us from other areas in Oz like to poke fun at are arguably less culturally diverse brethren.

I've never been to Iran so can't comment on what your local scene is like, but i can almost guarantee that you have less bogans (this is a word that you will need to familiarise yourself with ASAP) in your home town.
