just get a breakout midi box and you should be fine. its the same as any other midi controller. This was my first controller, and although I've spent hundreds on other lame sh!t, this is probably my best. IT's built like a fuckin tank and it small enough yet gets the job done. Ain't the prettiest thing but it works like a charm.
