there's definite similarity between janeret and moi, but janeret's sound evinces more dub techno influence. his whole shtick is repurposing dub techno signifiers and employing them in a deep house context.

because moi is io, and he's obviously very influenced by hip-hop, moi's sound contains obvious hip hop elements.

i've been told by the label that this won't hit stores (other than decks) until the end of next month. I was lucky enough to get a decently priced copy on discogs. I suggest you keep an eye out there if decks isn't an option for you

Well that sucks. It's been the same with Soulsity releases lately....luckily I managed to get #8 but #7 (Logique) still never made it to any UK shops and it came out on Decks in December 2015....

These labels need to realize and appreciate the fact that they have a worldwide audience, not just Europe and Japan.
