SONO UNICA is a musical concept that was started - as the name suggests - to bring something unique to the Nordics.

Until the summer of 2013 SONO UNICA was purely a bi-weekly podcast that presented DJs and artists that fit this goal. In the summer of 2013 the first SONO UNICA Showcase was arranged. It was a decorative, free daytime outdoor event held near Stockholm University to kickstart an expanded concept and to attract the right audience.
Building on the success of the first event a second event was soon arranged in Stockholms tallest building, Kaknästornet. The concept does not stop at podcasts and events and bigger plans are in the making.

The core crew of SONO UNICA today consists of all DJs and artists with an average of over 10 years of DJ experience in the scene - all striving towards the same goal - to deliver a unique experience. The crew believes that the time to put Sweden on the European clubbing map is now.
