This would be acceptable if we where talking about a private rework/edit. But come one he even give the tune a new name and pretend to pass it as his own work? This is probably the same people they call themselves "artists". God save us from the horde of abletoners + Maschine users lusting for the creation of the ultimate tech-house bomb! No wonder everything sounds the same. Same tools, used in the same non creative way. I got off topic but hope you get the idea.

yeah, Samma's sampling is cleverly used while Funk E's...not so much

Looks like the original it's from Benga, then he did a collab with Jose James to do the jazzy version.
I agree rv sampling it's more creative.
