I am the second owner of this unit and I purchased it from the original owner. He was a guitar player who used it in the mid 1980's to record rock music on a cassette portastudio in his dorm room. He put it in storage in 1988 after graduating university and it remained there until the beginning of this year. The unit has never been gigged or shipped.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Roland TR909
paraphrase: I scored this 909 from some old rocker dood who never used it and sold it to me for $50. Now I'm gonna make a fortune off this thing.
(I'm just playing) Good find, good luck with the sell. I would have kept it myself...

Re: Roland TR909
I seriously can't believe what people are willing to pay for 909s and 808s.
More luck to you though, you'll probably get what you ask for it.

Closes in 5 hours and 45 minutes.
Re: Roland TR909
I sold mine a few weeks back, awesome machine but I hadn't turned it on for quite a long time. They are fetching a lot of money to pass on.

I love all the Roland boxes. But I've got to be honest they have all been milked now. Would love to have one if I have the cash.
