Advice on drum machine

I need an advice about a purchase.

I'm tired of Absynth and stuff like that, I'm looking for a real analogic sound, something similiar to Rio Padice, or early Hardrive, just to name a few.

Personally, I'd go for the 606. No real reason why though. I've used the boss and wasn't too impressed with it.

606 FTW.

The dr202 is not analog at all, and honestly and I can't say why the 606 just has so much damn personality.

Even the little kick it has has so much beef to it, I dunno how it comes thru as strong as it does, but it does!

I love my tr606, use it all the time.

yeah the 606 really makes the groove in "closer" from nine inch nails : )

my advice, buy the 606. then sample "nightclubbing"

go with the 606. i wouldn't even look at the 202.

Don't waste your time or money on a Boss DR-202. You will be disappointed.

Some better Boss models:
DR-660, DR-770, DR-670, DR-5

If you can get a good deal on a 606, do it.

Even with just one kit, It owns the 202.
