The two managers of My Little Dog, Sergio Parrado and Oscar Barila, join forces again for the 11th release of the label. This is the second ep of the Versus series, where two artists join their forces. This time, Oscar and Sergio have chosen an study partner and a powerful remixer to complete this fresh summer ep.
On the A side Oscar Barila meets Jp Chronic (resident of the prestigious clubs Warung and Privilege) to offer us Gotta Funk. James Brown and Gil Scott Heron work face to face in this powerful theme, full of groove and funk. The brilliant Francesco Bonora (Frequenza Limited) made a great remix, with a deeper flavour, but keeping the groove of the original track.
On the B side, Sergio Parrado joins David Herrero, one of the leading Spanish producers of 2010. They have produced together Malanga, a track with latin essence, organic percussion and a funny and bright vocal, definitly a powerful weapon for the best terraces. The one in charge of remixing this track is Ismael Rivas (Global Underground), who hardened the rythm and adds a catchy and powerful bassline.
