LSD is an extremely potent drug. I would only recommend it to those who are mentally ready for 12+ hours of being in a completely different state of mind full of constantly shifting perspective. It is unimaginably intense.

It does not cause physical damage, but you definitely should not drive or anything like that while on acid. And it is best done with a group of close friends who you are not afraid to be open with. Acid is not a party drug like MDMA, it puts one in a very fragile state of mind and being in a hostile environment such as a party while on it is not the best idea.

Psycholigically, acid can bring out the best in people, and sometimes the worst. It can cause dormant mental problems to surface if one has had previous problems. It is also not a good thing to take if you have doubts about it or emotional problems. Acid is a mental amplifier basically. Hard psychedelics like LSD, DMT and Ayahuasca blends should only be used if one is absolutely ready for it, has done some research and knows what he is in store for. You can grow quite a bit from psychedelic experiences, but you have to be careful, because they can tear you appart mentally if you are not stable enough to handle them.
