Looks like a rusty upside down frying pan that someone made a piece of gear (?) out of. Link to the video maybe, I'd be interested in hearing what it sounds like.

probably a old dubsiren. i'm still not sure what it is.
Dub echoes is also 1 of my fav music docu's.
