Is it just me, or would anyone else prefer the game to focus on the mixer as opposed to the decks? Balancing EQs and messing with effects sounds like fun, at least to me 8) I would have made a greater focus on transitions, but then again, that may not suit the track list they chose..

Probably doesn't help that most people associate TTs with djing, and dont realise there's a mixer sitting between them :P

The point of the game is to press the correct buttons as they pass by on the screen. My friend's son beat Guitar Hero with a regular controller and no sound.

No problems here with the game. Just sounds boring

More often than not, I tend to play video games based on activities that are unrealistic to me. I will never be a pro soccer player, will never fight my way to the top of a netherworld championship, race a lambo etc etc.

I would be willing to bet these kids aren't getting dj hero because they have interest in dj'ing, it's just the next installment of this type of game (remember dance dance revolution?).
