Setting ableton for djing (rotary knobs)

Probably a noob question, but i have just started using ableton for djing, so im more used to traktor...
I have a nuo4 mixer, with a lot of full rotary knob... How can i set those knob to work like a normal knob? For example if i assign one of those knob to modulate a filter dry/wet they continue to switch from completely wet to completely dry... In traktor usually i assign at these knob the parameter rotary and traktor work well, but in ableton i haven't find that parameter... Anyone can help?
