Our first 2009 release is here, and we’re breaking down the door baby! As a celebration of yet another promising year we’ve arranged an exclusive release by Mr. Jay Haze aka Fuckpony from Berlin, supported by a unequalled David Labeij remix.

Besides being a multi-label-owner, a smartass producer & a spaced out digital freak pimp, Jay has been a loyal contributor to our Redevice netlabel, and this occasion marks his latest additive to our catalogue, the rdv008 ‘Amsterdam Memoirs EP’. With a cemented reputation as skillful knob-twister, you’ll be in for a portion of organic, funky sounds as much as hypnotic sci-fi territory. Big pimpin’ style. Last track is a David Labeij take on Jay’s twirling electro-shock, a funked up deep grove for the dancefloor -- Labeij has the force!

Whole release but in particular Labeij remix is quality, but at 256kbit I will not be playing this release out, either on the radio or live.

*Why*are redvice releases not at 320kbit or highest possible quality VBR?
