someone actually figured out how to do it with 1/2 Laptops without Latency? :?

arent they using ethernet to link the 2 laptops?

It makes sense to me cuz thats hella more bandwidth than firewire, usb, or midi cables.

Probably even able to use some type of wordclock hack doing that (tho i doubt they are taking it that far). I bet you can get damn tight using ethernet to lock timing.... especially since Richie seems to use the second laptop only to route fx thru.

you are still dealing with latency introduced by your audio interface. find an interface without latency and call me. best you'll get is 12ms... which isn't that bad.
