this is very special for me - the set of the dj laboratory - first edition.
recorded live @ detroitZDRoJ@the Club 55 /Warsaw on the 13.12.08

my birthday party live jam, milf dj lab :

it's me - bshosa on the main controls - serato, xone 92, soundbite pro,
my studio partner piroman - on the slave mixer with elektron monomachine, ableton pro, soundbite pro
barry z lasu - live trumpet and effects
vini - congas & percussions.

It's been the first edition so it ain't perfect. but has some nice moments, tracklist is included in the download package.

I sure did enjoy this one! To manage this setup skillfully is a no mean feat guys and you actually manage to do just that. sh!t load of micro-nuances, very spacey, 'reverbed' ambience and impressive 'online' tricks bonanza plus this massive tracklist make it a highly enjoyable and groovy dance bomb. The trumpet bloke is fabulous.

I shall never miss any edition of detroitZDRoJ again!

bravo

Deviated from the norm a bit for this end of the year/start of the year... downtempo grooves and urban freshness into some low key house jammers.

This is my latest mix.. its a bit of a one off as i wanted to put a few of my favourtie tunes in that i wouldnt normally play out.. there are also some cool newer releases though.. Its generally a bit deeper and easy going than usual, it was quite spontaneous and not perhaps as polished as my previous efforts (see my blog if interested) but pretty happy with it.. hour 5 will be back to the groove for sure! hope you give this it a try..

Tracklist is embedded (i hope)
