Tic Tac Toe Records is back –
this time with candy for all the minimal minded techno ears among our fans. We bring you two teams of Danish supertalents: Ecco & Justin Side and remixers DJ Lab & Larry – and not to mention well known maestro Ryan Crosson.

Ecco is no newcomer to the international techo scene. He’s already delivered great releases on We Are, Nummer and Syndikaat. The We Are release was also featured on the Frank Lorber Cocoon mix-CD Play. Justin Side is of Mexican blood but is well known in Copenhagen where he is a promoter and producer.

The main track on this release is Superficial K, a truly great techno track that’s already become a small underground hit on packed Copenhagen dancefloors.

Berlin/Detroit based Ryan Crosson is finally back on Tic Tac Toe after his track from 2005 on the ‘4 In A Row’ compilation. Ryan has turned Superficial K into a super stripped down minimal funky piece. A great appeal to all fans of the M_nus sound!

Second remix is done by newcomers DJ Lab & Larry. Lab already released 2 great EP’s on Danish imprint Echocord, with big success. The duo also supplied their remix with the minimal twist - but with a very bouncy bass. Stripped down, but very groovy! You will love this, when the bass kicks in.

Last track on the release No Force Entry is a straight up techno track, 4 to the floor, as we love it and like it! This one is sure to whip the floor into frenzy.

FEEDBACK:

Laurent Garnier: Cool stuff , will play in the mix.

Tiefschwarz: Thanx very much for the tunes!! Very nice – very deep – very good.

Pheek (Archipel/M_nus): Love the Crosson mix!! Nice.

Agaric (We Are): I already know the tracks, and I love them!

Gaetano Pariso (Adagio): What should I say? Huge release. Fully supported. All the tracks are deep as we need. Crosson’s rmx is the one 4 me!

Benno Blome (Sender): Extraordinary remix by Ryan!

Sian (Poker Flat/Karmarouge): Nice release!

Jeff Milligan: im droppin Ryan Crosson's Backyard Remix

Marc Schneider (Was Not Was): I really go for the original of superficial k. Nice hypnotic deepness.

Raveline Review: "Ecco is another young talent on the international scene, but will in the coming time make him self known. His style, which is minimal dark elements and a swinging groove, goes directly into the legs. Master Ryan Crosson contributes with his remix, and makes this EP a winner. 4/6"

Yossi (Sushitech/Pariter): The Crosson remix is good mate, will get play.

James Teej (Bad Concept/Tic Tac Toe): I really like the original and no forced entry which is badass.

Brian Ffar (Siteholder): I like the Crosson remix best.

Klubbers.com (Spanish review): http://www.klubbers.com/resena.php?id=5 ... e755dbdb71

Phonica Records UK: Bouncy minimal cuts from new producer team Ecco & Justin Side with a suitably discordant remix from Trapez's Ryan Crosson!

Intensive plays from: Martinez & Ben Parris

Vinyl release date pushed to February 20th, because of delay at pressing plant.
