It's mostly people outside the UK who vote in it. Before they had internet voting you had DJ's like Lee Burridge in the top 10. You could find many dj's who played good music like; Derrick Carter, Craig Ricards, Terry Francis and Derrick May.

It's all you americans and Europeans who made it top 100 trance DJ's. :evil:
