What are your favorite tracks so far this Spring/Summer?
was going to say anne will to. butane played the original at the old miami. didn't expect something like that from mr. moufang. but it's so good!haven't you heard Move D - Anne Will (Denis Karimani Remix)??
others that are doing it for me...
the future sound of london - lifeforms (wighnomy bros. & robag wruhmes simetikon 001-06 re:edit 1)
the model - repremand
shonky & jennifer cardini - august in paris (both sides)
lee curtiss tracks (all)
seth troxler & patrick russell - (promo) unknown track name
roman flugel - mutter
wolf & lamb - the morning after
dj emerson - ring my bell
marcus mix -the spell (ron hardy mix)
2 ricardo villalobos tracks both of which i don't know the names of. one is a very light, summer track with a male vocal and the other was a deep, spacey, twilight zone type track. both seth played at the old miami a couple weeks ago. the twilght zoney one i was told was a new track on for disco's only but it's not listed on discogs so i have no clue what it is. the chilled summery one was on an ozgur can set that was from scandinavia in the mix 001 @ afterhours FM-PS i got earlier this year. any help with the names of these would be GREATLY appreciated!!
mujuice - silver highways
melchior productions - differnet places / the phantom

the deep house wave hit me hard this summer.... some of my favs in this direction are...
Keith Worthy "Deep for Dayz" on Sistrum
This is my absolute favourite and will stay for a long time. Perfect tune, I adore this deep acid line.
DJ P.Funk "Can't Boogie" on Strength Music Recordings
K.Soul & Ra.H on Morphine Records (004)
DJ Jus-Ed "Yo this sh!t is hot" on Underground Quality
EDMX "Whisky Lime" on Mathematics
.... other stuff I am into at the moment:
Quietpoint on Pastamusik (002)
Luciano "Back To Front" on Perlon
Michael Mayer "Pensum" on Kompakt
This one's pretty old but I just discovered it some month ago. Especially the track with the cell phone sample is killer.
Closer Music "Closer Dancer" on Kompakt
Pheek "Lignes et Directions" on Archipel
Jackmate "Jackmoves" on Phil E
Andy Freer "Super Galaxo" on Ai Records
This one's on the "New Town" compilation from 2003... I needed a long time to discover it, it's just a brilliant timeless track imo.
Dandy Jack and the Latin Lava "Delay Lama" on Perlon
Lusine "Make it Easy" remixed by John Tejada on Ghostly International
Claude van Stroke "Who's afraid of Detroit" remixed by Soultek on Echospace
Don't have this one yet, but the samples I heard let me guess that this will be among my favourites soon.
And Finally...
Electric Bugg 002
Neil Landstrumm "Rockers the Underground King" on Planet Mu
Keith Worthy "Deep for Dayz" on Sistrum
