Stephen Hawking-voice program?

Post by Zinthek »

Does anyone know of any kind of software program to imitate that thing Stephen Hawking uses to talk? That robotic sounding voice.
It'd be cool if you had it as a vst.
Thanks.

AnalogX makes a program called SayIt that does text-to-speech. I've used it a number of times; it works pretty well and it's free. Google it.

You can do this in TextEdit on a Mac. That is if you have a Mac.

thelibrarian: unfortunately, no.

relative q: I've heard of that one but I couldn't find it by typing in 'Say it' alone, so thanks!

df: there have to be some cheap versions too. I used to have this purple monkey computer program that did it :D
