actually in battery you can tweak it a bit with the pitch envelope but its sort of like performing surgery with a butter knife. Actually I find hipassing kick samples I already have and then adding 'new depth' to them is a quite funky thing

oh he is really good but what bothers me is that most of his stuff follows a similar concept: awesome synth, buildup, morphing, fsshhhh, breakdown etc. Just check the Daytona Beach EP and see what I mean, but for the tracks themselves on the other hand.... yummm :)

man there's a lot of ways of actually getting the files across, I'd say the most important part of a collab is actually talking about the track and sharing views. By no means you can talk forth a track, but if you send a rendering of what you've got and let your mate listen to it with fresh ears and...
