A better plan would be to develop one of those CIA sound lasers, point it continously at your neighbor each time they enter or leave their home. Maybe you can deafen them over time.

Thor is quite an interesting new synth.

It's been mentioned on this message board before... but In Ableton I like the swing setting at 99 with the clip set to "Swing 1/16" Setting some parts with swing over other parts that are not can sometimes make for neat tension. Sometimes the best quantization is no quantization... Playing...
