We are very happy to announce the debut release on percusa records. This first EP comes up with two wonderful tracks from our good friend and one of the most upcoming french artists “Varoslav”. Besides his current releases on Mofo records, where he actually gets top-chartings for his bootleg, he also earns a lot of success for his last releases on Tsuba, JeTaime and Supplement Facts – records. With the “Family EP” on percusa he is not just continuing his high quality productions, it seems he is rather pushing his ambition to a higher level!
“Family” is a great start-up title and will definitely help to make this summer to be a great party-season. Open-air feeling, smooth sunsets, deep vibrations - whatever comes to your mind when you get into it, we are sure you like "Family" as much as we do. A tight forward-arranged house/techno-groove, working for sure on every terrain - filled up with a deep, hypnotic vibrating vocal-athmosphere, on the top of it. We think this track brings moving bodys perfectly together with the summer‘s smile.
The second track "me and the dumb girls" shows Varoslav’s interpretation of deep, organic house music, this track again presents a slightly different touch in sound. Be sure you are standing up dancing while you are listening to it. When you got the groove going, you’ll hear fine melodies are talking together with deep and funny voices and a great subby base and some fantastic bells working on your bod - then You are right - and not a dump girl ;-)
The Ep is completed by FIMO´s “Family RMX”
Different to the original, the samples are now working rather in the backround. Therefore Family’s main samples have been pushed with a big subline and an easy forward “bumm tschack, rollin” beat.. “ we hope to help starting summer with this track, too.
