I get a lot of great stuff from the charts on Resident Advisor. Lots of big name dj's post their monthly chart there, but also the local dj's are worth a look if you want to discover some less known stuff.

i would acutally not look at peoples top charts and look at track listings of sets. thats a good way to find some cool pieces of music.
