Artist: VA
Title: Elektronische Musik - Interkontinental 5
Label: TRAUM (GERMANY)
Format: 3LP
Catalog #: TRAUM 072LP

Triple LP version. The change in the style of the music coming out on Traum in the year 2005 is reflected in this brand new Interkontinental 5 3LP. In the tradition of the annual Interkontinental series, number 5 is thoughtfully compiled by A & R head Riley Reinhold aka Triple R. In comparison to the previous Interkontinental releases, number 5 features the more dance-crazy side of the label, with a lot of new artists alongside the core artists: Adam Kroll who was very successful already this year with his Godzilla 12"; Jesse Somfay on the heels of new progressive techno in Canada; Process aka Steve Barnes using new technology for hi-tech ambience in techno; Zentex blends techno functionalism with unearthly strings. Last but not least Triple R produced a track together with Emanuel Geller slightly more in the old-school acid direction with Kraut-rock strings to boot. Hailing from Austria, Belgium and Germany, the new artists on this release stand for the uprising generation making sophisticated crossovers into different genres and sound design concepts. All tracks on Interkontinental 5 are new and unreleased and incorporate a sense of melody and harmony building on Traum's tradition for the last 8 years, plus a determined attitude to push boundaries and support today's sound design and musical arrangements.

The best track of this recopilation: "Fabergé", by Jesse Somfay.

The other are good tracks too.

Yeah, is possible.

"Tendency To Synchronize" by Process are a very great track too.

Therefore, the bests tracks of this compilation are Jesse Somfay - "Faberge"; Florian Meindl - "Don't Flue The Birds"; Adam Kroll - "Stalker" and Process - "Tendency To Synchronize"
