so i was thinking how great would it be to make an V/A LP out of the mnml.nl artists and put it out via some netlabel or even an serious one like mutek or perlon for instance.
what do you think about it...do you think that this idea could be doable?
then on the other hand...we could do an networking release..like we all get together and share ideas and opinions and someone starts with and opening groove or a melody then forwards it to the other person and that one adds dunno hihats or percussions, after that someone other adds some pads and so on...
it could be a lot of phun!
one opinion about a project!
one opinion about a project!
Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.
serious...maybe i even saw you somewhere.
where did you stay @?
i'm thinking if enuff ppl agrees with the project we could do something constructive.
so far there are three of us and counting...i think that we could use one more for the phun!

Please guys, tell me.
This netlabel thing. Is this only because artists want to release but there is no recordcompany which want to press some vinyl?
So instead of this people release online?
Is there a fee for the artist, can tracks be licensed for mix cds?
I don't dj or produce, so this netlabel stuff hasn't got mine interesting yet.
I'm not into producing stuff and so long, but I have been thinking a while to do something with mnml.nl, but in the oldfashion way with vinyl.
And also I see a lot of potential overhere.

A netlabel puts productions online to get (international) recognition for this tracks or artists. Dj s can download these tracks so they are able to play them in their sets and see the response the tracks get.
Mostly these tracks are free for download.
I think its not a bad idea if you see that there is a lot of talent
