its a good release no doubt. but i expected more.

soul capsule and tofu sounds quite similar and dimbi sounds a little bit to ricardo.

Agree, but I'm not surprised by the Dimbiman sound. Early Zip and current Ricardo have something in common in terms of the dark, brooding sounds and dense textures.

Probably a grower though, it might take some time before it sinks in..

regarding to the mood and the terms of darkness, unusual buildings of their track etc. im with you.

when you listen to good morning eyeball, köppchen, toyl, iso grifo , early byrd hype ,eg. records from this period you hear the one and only dimbiman.

his way of using samples and pattern building is unique. Also his drums. compared to this remix its an advancement in a new direction. but its not what i expected. the remix is like a fluffy desert in your ear while the mentioned tracks before are chocolate bombs in your acoustics
