Anyone hear the Matt tolfrey and inxec track that rips of Carl Craigs remix of theo? They also rip off another track, but the name slips my mind.

Gemini's "Don't Stop" and Phil Weeks' "Stuff Like That"

That Phil Weeks guy is on the same level of doucheness as SHM. He even has his own youtube channel where he teaches how to make a house track out of someone else's house track and brags about his new kicks and hats. Seriously, how much up your own ass can you be?
Where is Captain Righteous aka Dj Sneak when you need him the most? Ah, he's best friends with that douche.
Someone needs to present Phil, Sneak and those swedish guys a copy of Tao Te Ching.

I like how they think they are some sort of ghetto faboulas underground pimps. Weeks is a weird one for me. He was a nobody for a while and then all of a sudden he's big in the game again.breton wrote:Gemini's "Don't Stop" and Phil Weeks' "Stuff Like That"

Re: Blatant sampling. Good? bad? Or fun?
just stumbled over this one while getting my dexter wansel fix.
listen to the intro of good ol dexter wansel:
then the leatherette remix of bibio....
actually i like both....
but for bad sampling...there was one guy who released on resopal and used loops from a remix contest sample package ...or the other guy who completely ripped of an old jona track. he managed to make it sound worse than the original. i guess he used a bad mp3 rip
