I was talking to someone on MSN earlier who is into Breakbeat and who I hadn't spoken to for some time, I mentioned that I had lost interest in breakbeat and found I'm way more interested in Techno. Anyway, cut a story short, he must have mentioned 'click loops' at least 3 times, one of which was a question saying, "You're not into all those click loops are you"? I thought what the f*ck is he on about, and pretending I knew what he was on about, I just said no.
Anyway, I Googled it but nothing came up. Has he just invented it or something. What is a click loop and what does it sound like? Is he on about glitch?
What the hell is a 'click loop'?
Re: What the hell is a 'click loop'?

somebody post an example. I'm not understanding any of this!
Re: What the hell is a 'click loop'?
Sounds to me like he's either on about really glitchy early/mid-2000s minimal techno, or the rubbish clacky sort of stuff that Phil Kieren, Dubfire, et al were punting around 2007/08...
