I'm not sure about other cities but I know australian cities often rank highly in these types of charts because of the really good welfare system here and decent public welfare. In reality alot of people live way out in the suburbs and drive through horrible traffic for 45min-1hour everyday because these are the only houses they can afford.

just wanted to drop my thanks to the vienna fellows, donau is a really cool underground bar, great music!
