Not sure if it's appropriate for me to say welcome as I'm a newbie myself...
So I'll say hello

Very cool to hear you're mixing progressive with minimal.
I've been experimenting with this as well, also with a friend of mine.
We tried a 6 decks set some time ago and it went suprisingly well.
I think especially the dubby sounds in both 'styles' combine very well.

hehe six track sets?! we've done 3 hour sets...then you're talking hypnosis!

Hehe no not 6 tracks, 6 decks as in 6 turntables and 2 mixers.
We celebrated our birthday and felt we would like to try something special, doing a marathon set on 6 decks. :-)
BTW very cool to see simpsons fans on this board!
