Ingrooves here in SF does the same thing, but also pushes your work into all/most of the digital shops. so you'll be on itunes and all that, plus your music is sent to all the licensing guys/producers with movie, tv, video game, and other such industries.
from what i've been told, i think it's financially more in a label's favor to submit, and less so for individual artists (% of licensing profits, etc).
I'll be submitting my digital label to them in a couple of months, so i can report back if anybody's interested ;-)
